When Do Undergraduate Find It Hard To Get For Job?

Undergraduate find it hard to get a job as soon as they graduate. This is because there are many graduates who apply for the job at once and companies only gives job to graduate who are much qualified than others. Besides that, undergraduate finds it hard to get a job when the countries economy is not in a good condition. This is because many companies cannot afford to hire in new employee because of the economy crisis.

  2. +With a company like Accenture. As I've heard about it. A graduate that is applying for a high paid and well position job has to go through 5 interviews. The 1st one is simply by calling you just to check if you're able to communicate in English. This shows that International companies that is globalized tend to seek individuals that could cater to a wider market and hence be able to converse in English fluently. With that, I think it's also important that graduates brush up on their English since it is highly important in the marketing and industrial sector these days. But one thing the graduates have to keep in mind is, with a high pay like what Accenture offers, they have to be able to do the required job well, and with that comes pressure. That is why companies like Accenture wants someone that is capable of handling what they are doing best. Perhaps we could train university students to face pressure when they are put in a situation where it is similar with what they'll face at the outside. That way, graduates that are well spoken and active will be able to fend for themselves when they leave the university.
