I agreed with you on this.The graduates should be more prepared before attending the interview.They have to know the skills on how to answer the question in appropriate mannners,how u carried yourself in front of the employee.Soft skilss are always the most matters in interview.So to do well in interviews,sharpen your soft skilss,be confident and the most important ,be yourself.
I do agree with you on this. some undergraduates take interview too lightly and they do not equip themselves well before attending an interview. In an interview, is not we evaluating the company but instead we are being evaluated. And is not the company looking for workers but we are looking for a job. So, do prepare before attending an interview and dress smartly for an interview.
